Knitting Pattern Instructions
HEART BODY, KNITTED FROM BOTTOM UP
• Cast On 3 Stitches
• Increase Rows: KFB, Knit remaining stitches.
Continue increase rows until piece is the width you desire.
(I personally increased to 26 stitches on my needle)
• Knit 5 Rows
FIRST HUMP
• Knit Half of the Stitches on Your Needle, then place the remaining stitches on a holder.
(I personally divided 13 & 13 Stitches onto each)
• Decrease Humps: K2tog, Knit to last 2 Sts, K2Tog.
Repeat until you have 5 Stitches on your needle.
• Bind Off
SECOND HUMP
• Place Stitches back onto your needle.
Decrease Humps: K2tog, Knit to last 2 Sts, K2Tog.
Repeat until you have 5 Stitches on your needle.
• Bind Off
MAKE TWO HEARTS
• Tack your 2 hearts along the edges with regular yarn, keeping the last bit open about 3 inches.
• Turn inside out, so yarn ends can be tucked inside your work.
• Stuff
• Tack remaining edge
And you are DONE! I hope you enjoy this easy pattern and look forward to knitting up more pillows with me!
